Santa Rosa Concrete Flatwork Project

This stamped concrete flatwork is going in for a golf cart garage in Santa Rosa, near Oakmont Country Club. The stone-pattern stamp gives the slab a tiled look without the cost or upkeep of actual stone, and it holds up to the traffic a golf cart garage sees day in and day out. We're running a double picture frame detail around the perimeter to frame the field pattern and give the edges a finished, deliberate look. The side gets skirted to close out the slab cleanly against the structure. Where the utility cover sits in the field, we worked the stamp pattern around it so the tool joints and texture stay consistent instead of stopping short. The work is still in progress, but the finish is already reading true to the stone pattern we're after. Stamped concrete like this needs a steady hand at every stage, from the pour to the stamp to the release agent, so the color and texture come out even across the whole slab.
