Santa Rosa Composite Deck Project

This Santa Rosa project is a large elevated deck, framed with wood joists and supported on redwood posts. The composite decking goes down board by board over the completed framing, while other sections still show open joists waiting their turn. It's a big footprint, and getting it square and level took real time before the first board ever landed. A cedar lattice-top fence wraps the perimeter, giving the space privacy without closing it off from the hillside views behind the property. Composite decking was chosen for the wear it'll take over the years, laid tight and consistent across a deck this size. Jobs like this don't move in a straight line. Other work on our schedule pulled crew time away for stretches, but we brought the full team back to push this one forward.
