Santa Rosa Stairs & Entry Project

This Santa Rosa home had a front entry staircase that had failed years ago. The old wood deck platform and stairs had rotted through, the framing was unsupported, and the homeowner hadn't been able to use her own front door for seven years. We tore out the failed structure down to solid ground and rebuilt the staircase and deck framing from scratch in the same footprint. No redesign, no upsell. The homeowner wanted a straightforward fix that worked with her budget, so we kept the layout simple and focused every dollar on structure that will hold up: proper footings, solid wood framing, and stairs built to code. The result is a front entrance she can use again. It's not fancy, and it wasn't meant to be. It's a rebuild that solves the actual problem: a safe, solid way in and out of her own home. Framing is complete and the project is moving forward toward finish work.
