Santa Rosa Exterior Remodel Project

This Santa Rosa home looked like a teardown candidate. Dry rot had worked its way through the siding and into the framing underneath, the kind of damage that's easy to ignore until it isn't. Instead of walking away, we dug out every section of compromised material down to solid wood and rebuilt from there. Once the framing was sound, we moved on to the finish work. New wood stairs and railings replaced the old entry, built to hold up under daily use. A new composite roof went on to handle the North Bay weather for years to come, and fresh paint pulled the whole exterior together. The result is a house that went from junk-pile talk to solid for another 15 years, provided the owners keep up with basic maintenance. That's the difference between patching over rot and actually fixing it: you get years back, not months.
