Santa Rosa Exterior Remodel Project
Santa Rosa home given a full exterior upgrade: new siding, trim, windows, entry door, and roof, done to meet current code requirements.
Full Exterior Remodel, Longtime Neighbor
This Santa Rosa homeowner has lived in her house for over 40 years. When her insurance was unexpectedly not renewed last fall, she needed real work done fast to requalify for coverage. We sat down, looked at the house, and built a budget she could actually live with. The scope ended up covering the whole exterior shell: new siding and trim, new windows, a new entry door, and a new roof. Behind the walls, we installed a new main electrical panel and reinforced the attic framing to bring the structure up to current code. None of it was cosmetic-only work. Every piece had to pass inspection and satisfy an insurance underwriter, not just look good from the curb. The corner shown here tells the story: clean gray siding, crisp white trim, a new white panel entry door, and a new window, all sitting on a fresh concrete patio. Simple materials, done right. She got her new policy afterward, and the house is set up to hold that coverage for years to come.
